Tyrance Billingsley II, a Tulsa native, is an entrepreneur and technologist. He founded Black Tech Street to revive Black Wall Street as a leading innovation hub focused on cybersecurity, data analytics, and responsible AI.

Leads AI operations and partnerships at Black Tech Street. With 14 years in nonprofits and ventures—including Atento Capital and Girl Scouts—she brings strong strategic expertise. A Tulsa native and University of Tulsa biology grad.

Allen, a Tulsa native, has a strong background in community service through AmeriCorps and various nonprofit roles. His dedication to Tulsa's growth led him to join the city's tech scene.

Kevin Griffin, a dedicated scholar and mentor, holds a Ph.D. and has made significant contributions to UC Davis through roles in the GAAAP M.E.N.T.O.R. and Linda Frances Alexander Scholars programs. His expertise in data visualization and high-performance computing, evidenced by publications like "ANARI: A 3D Rendering API Standard," drives innovation in scientific research and community engagement.

Sean Alexander, a University of Tulsa alumnus, is a tech leader recognized with a Technical Emmy and as Collins College of Business Alumni of the Year. He contributes to education and culture through roles on the Philbrook Museum and University of Tulsa boards.

Smiley leads digital strategy and community engagement. Founder of Eminent Media, he brings expertise in marketing, web development, and storytelling—using tools like Webflow, HubSpot, and Adobe to grow Black Tech Street’s impact.
