Sean Alexander joined Microsoft after spending more than two decades shaping product strategy, innovation frameworks, and next generation user experiences across emerging technologies. At Microsoft, Mr. Alexander serves as Vice President of Product for Azure AI, where he leads teams responsible for building AI powered platforms, developer tools, and cloud solutions that support global enterprises and institutions in adopting and scaling artificial intelligence.Prior to rejoining Microsoft, Mr. Alexander held senior product and innovation roles in the private sector, advising Fortune 100 companies, startups, and technology partners on AI commercialization, product incubation, and digital transformation.

His work centered on identifying market opportunities, designing technical roadmaps, and guiding organizations through high impact adoption of cloud and AI technologies.Earlier in his Microsoft career, Mr. Alexander played a key role in the development of major consumer and enterprise products, including efforts within Windows Media, Xbox, and Microsoft’s broader entertainment and services portfolio. His work helped define user facing technologies, large scale media experiences, and early cloud based content delivery systems used worldwide.

Mr. Alexander has also contributed to civic and regional innovation initiatives, including strategic advisory work with Tulsa Innovation Labs and Black Tech Street, where he supports emerging tech ecosystems, talent development, and long term innovation planning within AI and advanced computing.Mr. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. His career spans product leadership, applied AI strategy, cloud architecture, and the development of large scale technology systems used across industry, research, and community innovation efforts.
